Troubleshooting Guide for Ink Cartridge Printer

Whenever your Ink Cartridge Printer has issues, follow the instructions below to fix it! It works every time!

Step 1: Checking the basics:

• Power on/off your printer;
• Remove the ink cartridges and put them back securely;
• make sure that there are papers in the printer;
• make sure the power is on;

Step 2: Other Hardware issues:

• Cartridge not recognized;
• Paper Jams;

Step 3: Capture the error code: usually there should be an error code on the display, capture it and raise a report to us;
