WHAT DO I DO IF MY AUTO RENEWAL PAYMENT FAILS?

You will need to update your Auto Renew credit card details by following the steps below.

1. Visit amway.com.au/co.nz > My Account > Account > Renewal.
2. Update your credit card details under the 'Payment Information' drop-down arrow to select a stored card or click on ‘Add New Card’ then enter your credit card details.
3. Scroll down and read the terms & conditions. Then click on the check box to ‘Accept’.
4. Click the 'Save & Activate' button.
